WALK THROUGH CONSULTATION
Since most potential buyers form their first impression as soon as they drive up to a home, curb appeal is key. During this consultation, we will meet with your and sometimes with the realtor as well. After reviewing your home's exterior, we then do a room to room walk through offering our recommendations for staging. You have the option to hire Transitional Design to implement the staging. Walk through consultations often take 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size of your home.
HANDS-ON STAGING
This is where we get to work! We focus on the tasks that are necessary to get your home in prime showing condition. Our time is spent improving curb appeal, enhancing focal points of the rooms, de-cluttering to optimize space, de-personalizing, organizing and accessorizing to help buyers envision themselves living in your home.
